In this role, Fisher, along with other board members, will assist in governing and providing strategic direction for the foundation, which educates and certifies retail loss prevention and asset protection professionals.
The foundation administers professional credentials for LPQualified (LPQ) and LPCertified (LPC), which focus on advancing individual industry knowledge, growing careers, and elevating the profession.
“I’m honored to join the LPF Board of Directors as they continue to strive for a broad range of industry perspectives as part of their mission to support the loss prevention and asset protection profession by providing relevant and challenging educational resources,” Fisher said. “Through my participation on the board, I am excited to advance the LPF mission.”
Board members are selected for their demonstrated support of industry-specific loss prevention certification and passion for improving the professional perception of the LP industry.
Through its LPF scholarship program, which provides financial assistance to loss prevention professionals or hopefuls seeking to obtain LPQ and LPC certifications, Vector Security Networks is a long-time advocate of the LPF’s mission to advance the profession.
