Acadian Total Security has recognized Operations Supervisor Jill Collins as the 2022 Employee of the Year. Niles was presented with the award by Senior Director Brandon Niles during the company's recent annual meeting.

Collins has been with Acadian Total Security since 2018 and is a resident of Duson, La. As an operations supervisor, she oversees the company's customer service department as well as warehouse personnel and inventory control. 

She is also an active member of Acadian's Employee Appreciation Committee. 

“Jill was chosen as Employee of the Year for being selfless and always finding ways to help people, whether by organizing an employee event or helping to feed the less fortunate. She often inspires others to do better and join in her volunteer efforts. Her can-do attitude, quick wit, and heart of gold is evident to everyone she encounters,” said Niles.
