ASSA ABLOY announced the acquisition of D&D Technologies, a leading designer and manufacturer of premium gate hardware, based in Australia.

D&D Technologies was established in 1989 and has approximately 110 employees. The main office and factory are located in Sydney.

D&D Technologies posted sales in 2021 of approximately MSEK 475 with a strong EBIT margin. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start, according to the announcement.
