Sting Alarm announced it has acquired Signal Fire, a Las Vegas-based fire protection company, for undisclosed terms.
With the strategic acquisition, Sting Alarm will have the ability to offer fire protection products and services to Sting’s commercial security customers throughout Las Vegas. Similarly, Sting will also be able to offer its electronic security solutions to Signal Fire’s client base.
Signal Fire was established in 2007. The company specializes in fire systems, monitoring, inspections and service to maximize the fire safety of their customers’ establishments.
Jaime Gomez, president and founder of Signal Fire, will take on the role of vice president at Sting Alarm. Sting Alarm president Jon Perry said that it was Gomez’s commitment to providing world class customer service to its customers that attracted him to Signal Fire.
“When Jaime and I started talking about joining forces, one of the main things I loved about his business was his dedication and attention to service excellence,” Perry said.
Joining forces with the Signal Fire team will give customers more value with their security budgets, according to the announcement.
"Investing in our network is going to be one of our first investments,” Perry said. “This will provide our customers with an even more reliable network for their life safety signals.”
“If any of our customers need something, we want them to have a go-to here at Sting Alarm,” added Gomez. “I’m very excited to focus on building the best team, providing the best service and products.”
