Pinnacle Security & Investigation, serving New Orleans and surrounding areas, has completed the acquisition of Paradigm Security Services, an Atlanta-based security firm. 

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Pinnacle Security is a security services provider based in Metairie, La. The company provides armed security, unarmed security, security patrols and remote camera monitoring for industries such as maritime, transportation, manufacturing and healthcare. It also serves residential communities and government agencies. 

Paradigm Security Services provides armed and unarmed private security guard and patrol services. The company is often requested at festivals/fairs, conferences, concerts, sporting events and other public gatherings. 

“The acquisition of Paradigm Security gives us a strategic entry into the Atlanta market with an established company and a talented local team,” said Chad Perez, CEO of Pinnacle Security. “We are looking forward to expanding the Pinnacle Security brand into the Atlanta area and are confident that we can double the size of that branch office over the next 18 months.”

Walden Businesses initiated the transaction and acted as advisor to Paradigm Security Services.
