Resideo Technologies (NYSE: REZI), a provider of solutions for home comfort, security and safety, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Teknique, a provider of edge-based, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled video camera development and solutions.
Founded in 2004 and based in Auckland, New Zealand, Teknique’s platform enables computer vision solutions and edge AI for leading global brands and Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries.
According to the company’s website, Teknique specializes in working with clients to overcome integration challenges to realize the potential of video and intelligent analytics for an array of consumer and commercial products.
