Kidde Engineered Systems, a company that has provided commercial fire and life safety protection for more than 100 years, announced its new Kidde Commercial brand identity.
Kidde Commercial is a part of Carrier Global Corp., a global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable and intelligent building and cold chain solutions. Founded by Walter Kidde, a pioneer in early smoke detection and fire suppression, Kidde Commercial is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of fire safety products.
The rebranded Kidde Commercial aims to set a new standard for customer excellence, with innovative solutions that are easy to install and maintain through a broad, experienced and highly trained network of dealers and technicians, according to an announcement. Its Security Industry Association (SIA) award-winning Kidde Intelligent Optica Smoke Detector Technology led the standard for smart response to building fire risks with early compliance and certification for UL 268 7th edition requirements in the U.S., according to the announcement.
“As our customer base continues to grow and their needs become more advanced, we are reinforcing our commitment to the commercial fire alarm industry, by delivering a superior customer experience and differentiated solutions under the new Kidde Commercial brand,” said Faiz Afzal, managing director of Kidde Commercial.
The brand will continue its global rebranding introduction across Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle Eastern regions. In addition to a new brand identity for Kidde Engineered Systems, Kidde Commercial will be leveraged by regional fire and life safety solutions from around the world, including Aritech, Kilsen and Ziton Fire.
Kidde Commercial unites these offerings under its unified brand to deliver a superior experience, leading region-specific solutions and customer service excellence, the announcement stated.
Kidde Commercial will unveil its new branding and holistic commercial fire solution capabilities during ISC West, taking place in Las Vegas, March 28-31.
