Systems integrator Pavion (formerly Corbett Technology Solutions; CTSI) acquired Premier Security Solutions, based in Hayward, Calif., near San Francisco, for undisclosed terms.
The acquisition — the 15th M&A transaction for Pavion since partnering with Wind Point Partners in June 2020 — expands the company’s western region fire alarm and security services delivery and support capabilities.
Premier specializes in commercial fire alarm, security and wireless transmission services. The company’s team of technicians service customers across the region with a significant concentration of Silicon Valley customers in the biotech, high tech, commercial real estate, tourism and entertainment industry verticals.

Premier Security Solutions was founded by Larry Pott and Paul Frankos in 1998.

Premier customers are now supported by Pavion global delivery and service teams supporting security, access control, video surveillance, fire alarm, IT and integration solutions.
Barry Epstein of Vertex Capital was the sole advisor to Premier Security Solutions on the transaction.
