Allied Universal, a security and facility services provider, announced the promotion of Jim Lennon to vice president of treasury. He will oversee financial activities, including North American treasury and cash application activities, according to the announcement.
Lennon has reportedly been with Allied Universal for more than 13 years. He joined the company in 2010 as part of Allied Barton, which was acquired and merged with Universal Protection to become Allied Universal in 2016.
“We are pleased to have Jim transition into this financial leadership role and oversee this critical department for the company,” said Tim Brandt, Allied Universal global CFO. “We look forward to his insight, and contributions as the company transitions into a major technology-enabled organization.”
During Lennon’ s tenure with Allied Universal, he has served in a wide range of financial leadership positions including treasury manager and treasury director, the announcement states. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and a master’s degree from Temple University.
