IK Systems has launched a new door hardware division. IK Systems said this strategic move comes as part of the company’s commitment to driving growth and enhancing customer relationships.
To lead the development, growth and initiatives of the division, IK Systems has brought on Eric Taylor as program manager, formerly with Tick Tock Safe and Lock. As a GSA certified safe and vault technician and inspector, the company believes Taylor’s expertise in high-security environments is unparalleled. He holds certifications from Kaba Mas in the installation and operation of the X-09 and X-10, as well as from S&G for the 2740A safe lock. His proficiency is further augmented by a certification from LSI in the installation and servicing of the LKM7000 pedestrian door lock.
Taylor’s specialties are highly pertinent to IK Systems operations. They include GSA container and vault opening, repair, and inspection, ATM and safe lock opening and repairing, key generation and programming, commercial door and frame replacement, and the installation and troubleshooting of access control hardware.
Taylor’s division will play a pivotal role in expanding IK Systems’ market presence, fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth. He will work closely with current and new customers to identify their specific needs and provide tailored solutions that effectively address their security challenges.
“Our customers needs are always at the forefront of our strategic initiatives” said Melissa Marcella, IK Systems chief operating officer. “Launching this division reflects IK Systems’ commitment to understanding the unique challenges our customers are facing and ensuring we continue to be well suited to deliver a solution to those challenges.”
