National Monitoring Center has successfully met the requirements to renew its “Installation Quality (IQ)” certification. The only quality control program for electronic security system installation, monitoring, maintenance and service, The Monitoring Association’s (TMA) IQ certification demonstrates a provider’s pledge to adhere to a stringent code of ethics and to provide the highest quality maintenance and service.
“Renewing our IQ certification underscores NMC's dedication to top-tier quality in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and service of fire, alarm, and security systems,” said Woodie Andrawos, president, NMC. “This achievement reflects our commitment to reducing false alarms and delivering unparalleled benefits to dealer businesses. Our continuous effort to maintain our certification with the TMA also highlights our compliance with strict ethical standards, guaranteeing our clients receive only the best in service and support.”
Being IQ-certified formally recognizes a company’s dedication to saving lives and to reducing false alarms. All certified companies must train their employees in industry-recognized programs, meet all licensing requirements, and carry proper insurance coverage. Most importantly, companies must recertify annually by satisfying all the designation’s requirements and receiving the approval of a dedicated review committee.
