RapidFire Safety & Security, a multi-regional buy & build company based in St. Louis, has acquired Albuquerque Low Voltage, a full service fire alarm and fire protection service provider in Albuquerque, N.M.
This addition represents the second acquisition in the New Mexico market for RapidFire and further establishes a foundational presence for expansion in the Southwest, according to an announcement.
Established in 2001, Albuquerque Low Voltage has had a consistent emphasis on customer service and taking care of their employees, a value RapidFire shares, the announcement stated. Post-acquisition, all employees will continue to be key members of the company.
By leveraging Albuquerque Low Voltage’s expertise in fire protection systems and UL fire alarm monitoring, RapidFire said it aims to set new standards of excellence in the market.
“My decision was driven by the desire to ensure continued growth and opportunities for our employees,” said Chad Lemoine, president of Albuquerque Low Voltage. “We found a partner in RapidFire who shares our vision with a deep commitment to our people. With their support, we are confident in our ability to unlock new channels for growth and provide even greater value to our customers. I'm excited to be able to complement our services with other RapidFire offerings in New Mexico and offer our customers a more complete suite of fire protection and security services.”
Founded in 2001 by Lemoine, Albuquerque Low Voltage offers a comprehensive suite of fire protection services, including advanced fire alarm systems and UL fire alarm certifications. The company serves commercial, industrial, educational, government and residential markets throughout the Greater Albuquerque Market and all of New Mexico.
“We are excited to bolster our fire and life safety solutions for our existing and future customers in New Mexico with the addition of Chad’s team of life safety professionals to our deep bench of talent in the New Mexico market,” stated RapidFire COO Brian Modglin.
Founded by Mike McLeod and Colin Harrold, in partnership with Concentric Equity Partners, RapidFire operates locations throughout the Midwest, Southwest and Western United States.
