DMP has created the role of executive vice president of corporate strategy to incorporate initiatives Michal Moss Early has been leading the last four years. In this role, Moss Early will drive the company toward growth to ensure DMP remains an industry leader into the future.

According to the announcement, Moss Early works with CEO Rick Britton to determine forward-thinking strategies for dealer relationships, customer relationships and people development, then sets objectives and implements timelines for the evolution of related processes.

“Michal has done a great job leading marketing, human resources and information technology for the last several years and I’m confident she will do a wonderful job as she takes on even more responsibilities,” said Britton. “She and her teams have developed many improvements in our business processes.”

The announcement states this new role encompasses executive leadership to those three teams as well as customer service, inside sales, organizational development, global distribution and data technology.

The company said continual improvement is a necessary strategy amidst changing dynamics in the security industry. DMP uses a customer-centric focus. The company’s mission statement begins, “DMP provides customer-driven products through listening, anticipating needs and responding quickly with innovative solutions that work.” 

“For all of our departments, I want to make sure the customer is driving what we do,” said Moss Early. “I’m looking forward to continuing to grow the company and make it more efficient, to continue being more responsive and in line with our customers’ needs.” 

Moss Early has been at DMP for five years, originally coming on to manage intellectual property. Prior to DMP, she gained 16 years of executive experience in the financial industry, working at one of the largest privately held banking institutions in the United States for 12 of those years.
