Preventia Security has acquired CSS Nashville, enhancing its regional service capabilities beyond its existing locations in Columbia and Lafayette, Tenn.
CSS Alarms, formerly Central South Security, has been a pillar in the Nashville community for over three decades, according to the announcement. Established in 1984, CSS provides alarm and security systems to residential and commercial business clientele.
In the early 1990s, CSS expanded its services to include video surveillance systems, A/V systems and phone/TV/internet wiring, transforming into Central South Systems. This evolution made CSS a unique one-stop option for both builder and homeowner clients, further cementing its position as a trusted local provider, according to the announcement.
“From the beginning, CSS understood the power of exceptional customer service. Competing against national brands, they relied on word-of-mouth referrals and a steadfast commitment to exceeding customer expectations. This approach has led to thousands of satisfied customer relationships and a solid reputation in the Greater Nashville area,” the announcement states.
Preventia Security, founded in 2010, also staffs branch locations in Albany and Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., Montgomery, Ala., and Pensacola, Fla.
