National Monitoring Center unveiled NexusTech, the newest addition to its Nexus business intelligence platform.

With its smart search technology, technicians can search and map site locations, ensuring they can quickly find and navigate to their destinations. The advanced location services provide detailed directions and identify the nearest site locations. Additionally, NexusTech's testing capabilities include color-coded test indicators, multiple site testing, and options for text or email confirmations to make the testing process more streamlined and reliable.

A detailed account landing page has been revamped to include new tabs for site details, system details, and permits, providing a comprehensive overview at a glance. Direct call options enable users to quickly dial specific contacts directly from the app. Advanced test management features now allow technicians to view, extend, or clear existing or future-dated test status, apply specific service types, and place primary or secondary systems “on test” only.
