NSCA, a not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, announced that the 2025 Business & Leadership Conference (BLC) is set for Feb. 25-27, 2025, at the Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas in Irving, Texas.

NSCA’s BLC offers a platform for executive-level education and networking. It brings the commercial integration industry together to share stories, learn from one another, and hear about new ways to cultivate business success.

This year’s keynotes include:

  • Expect the Unexpected (the Oh S#!t Moments!) by George Hedley
  • Controlling What You Can Control by Jeremy Anderson
  • Are You the One Holding Everyone Else Back? by Dr. Ivan Joseph
  • Healthy Habits for 2025: Reduce Chaos and Confusion by Liz Bohannon
  • Economic Outlook for Integrators by Dr. Chris Kuehl

Up-and-coming industry leaders who have never been to BLC are eligible to apply for a Randy Vaughan Founder’s Award to receive free registration. To qualify, applicants must be in a management or decision-making role at a commercial integration firm. Applications are due by Dec. 15, 2024.

Every year at BLC, NSCA also honors:

  • A John Greene Mentorship Award winner for carrying on the mission of mentorship
  • A Volunteer of the Year Award winner for giving their time, effort, and talents to the industry
  • A Per Haugen Lifetime Achievement Award winner for their dedication to philanthropy and social responsibility
  • An NSCA Education Foundation Founders Award winner for inspiring our community and helping others achieve success
  • Excellence in Product Innovation Award winners for producing innovative technology that’s installed by commercial integrators
  • Excellence in Business Award winners for implementing tactics and strategies that improve business performance

“BLC has become the place where integrators come to find answers to their biggest business challenges, from managing better teams to improving margins,” says Tom LeBlanc, executive director, NSCA. “This year’s speakers will inspire you to accomplish more than you think you’re capable of while also driving your business toward sustainable growth. This happens by focusing on priorities and opportunities, not outliers and distractions.”

Attendees are also encouraged to help celebrate 25 years of the NSCA Education Foundation by registering for the annual Industry Charity Golf Outing at the TPC Las Colinas on Feb. 25, 2025. This event kicks off the Business & Leadership Conference every year and helps the NSCA Education Foundation raise funds for programs like Ignite and PASS K-12.
