IK Systems has announced the promotion of Brad Cowen to the position of regional branch manager for its Pittsburgh region. 

The company said Cowen has consistently shown exceptional leadership and operational expertise in his previous role as sales engineer. In his new role, Cowen will help expand IK Systems’ footprint in the Pittsburgh region and beyond. According to the announcement, he will focus on enhancing customer relationships, optimizing branch operations, and driving regional sales growth. IK Systems said his extensive experience and customer-centric approach will be key in identifying and addressing the unique challenges faced by clients in the area.
