RapidFire Safety & Security has acquired National Security Electronics, a full-service security systems integrator based in Santa Ana, Calif.
The acquisition of NSE is number 14 for RapidFire and their fifth in Southern California. RapidFire said this strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint and service offerings to better serve communities across the region. According to the announcement, RapidFire aims to be a curator of people-centric, family-built businesses in the fire safety and security sector.
Since 2014, NSE has been a full-service security partner with over 100 years of combined industry experience. NSE has a reputation for delivering innovative security solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. All NSE employees will remain with the company post-close. Founder Andrew Koller operated the business with the philosophy that “our business relationships are built on the foundation of our solid reputation”.
