The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) has updated and is now selling its third edition of the reference book, "A Practical Guide to Central Station Burglar Alarm Systems." This 2005 updated edition is designed for insurance agents, underwriters, loss prevention specialists and law enforcement personnel. It provides information on how to select the most cost-effective burglar alarm system and explains the advantages of Underwriters Laboratories' Burglar Alarm Certificate Service Program.
