Aerwav also announced that it has acquired Mobius Technology Solutions Inc., a developer of custom content management systems, e-commerce applications, and secure data-management solutions.

“Security systems are increasingly being populated by digital devices – sensors, video systems, alarms, access-controls, fire-detection systems and so on. These devices and systems generate vast amounts of data. But such data is actionable only if it is captured and effectively integrated and communicated in a highly secure environment,” Shiver said.

Mobius Technology Solutions will retain its name and operate as a subsidiary of Aerwav.
