A local office will be retained along with many employees of Sylvester’s, which has been in business since 1960, HSM announced. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

HSM has 49 offices serving more than 80 of the country’s largest metropolitan markets. HSM designs, installs and services security systems for more than 175,000 commercial and residential customers.
