JVC Professional Products Co. is marketing two LCD monitors housed in sturdy metal cabinets to meet demanding installations in the security and institutional arena. The heavy duty LM-17GU and the LM-15GU 17- and 15-inch monitors are a part of a series of five new LCD monitors. Both can be mounted in standard EIA racks with a variety of optional rack mount kits. For wall mounting, the monitors have four VESA standard mounting holes on the rear panel. Four capped through holes are on the front corners of the bezel and offer even more options for mounting. These holes may also be used to install an optional plexiglass screen protector. They have universal AC inputs, eliminating the need for adapters. JVC Professional Products Co.
