Russound, Newmarket, N.H., announced an all new warranty replacement policy for its top selling ALTx volume controls – free replacement. Russound calls it their Gold Guarantee, and this program provides for free, easy replacement on any ALTx volume control to its distributors and dealers.

Effective immediately, Russound will now replace (not repair) any ALTx volume control that is not working properly. Simply contact Russound customer support and the company will then send out a new one, free of charge. The new Gold Guarantee is effective immediately and Russound reserves the right to require proof of purchase.
