The AVN200 MPEG-2 IP audio video node from Visionary Solutions Inc., is a small network appliance for full-motion, high-resolution video transmission over a network. In many applications 1.5 Mbit/s will support superior picture quality compared with other video-over-IP solutions; 2.5 Mbit/s bandwidth supports 30fps at 720h x 480v; and at 3.8 Mbit/s or higher bandwidths it is indistinguishable from high-quality direct DVD video.
