National Alarm Pro has specialized in commercial electronic security for many years. Some of its retail customers include Gucci, Ann Taylor, Sports Authority, Escada, Barnes & Noble, The Home Depot, Talbots, J. Crew and Nextel.
HSM plans to bring online, real-time electronic services to National Alarm Pro customers, such as eDataManager and its soon-to-be-released eVideoManager, announced Tony Byerly, HSM’s senior vice president of sales and national accounts.
Additionally, HSM will include National Alarm Pro customers in its exclusive national account performance scorecard that will be introduced this fall. This rates HSM’s performance against five customer interactions: account management, installation, service, monitoring and billing for each national account customer.
