National Guardian Security Services Inc., Richardson, Texas, a provider of electronic security services to multi-location businesses throughout the United States and Canada, acquired two alarm monitoring companies, Corporate Security Management Inc., Longwood, Fla., and Strong Alarm Co., Kansas City.

Corporate Security Management Inc. provides electronic security installation and service to multi-location regional and national accounts throughout the United States. The company’s location will serve as National Guardian’s base of operations in Florida.

Strong Alarm Co. has provided alarm and security services to local, regional and national account customers since the early 1990s.

Strong Alarm will become one of National Guardian’s Midwest branch offices, providing sales and service to local customers, as well as supporting the service and installation requirements of National Guardian’s existing national accounts in the Midwest region.

The acquisitions are part of National Guardian’s strategy to enhance its presence in the national account segment of the alarm industry.
