Per Mar Security Services, Davenport, Iowa, acquired the accounts and assets of Associated Security Inc., Madison, Wis. Prior to the sale, James Sullivan and Dennis Schultz owned and operated Associated Security for more than 20 years. Associated Security serves approximately 800 customers in the greater Madison area with a team of 20 fire and security alarm professionals, all of whom will become Per Mar employees.

Per Mar also acquired the accounts and assets of Centralcom Inc., Stevens Point, Wis. Prior to the sale, Lee and Kathy Bernardo, Wayne Hilgart and Michael Skalecke owned and operated Centralcom.

Centralcom has been serving approximately 300 customers in the state of Wisconsin for 10 years with a team of fire and security alarm professionals, all of whom will become Per Mar employees. Per Mar will serve those customers through its branch office located in Wausau, Wis., where Ken Nerison serves as the general manager.
