The BioPointe Fingerprint Reader with Wiegand output is for use with the PXL-500W Tiger controller from Keri Systems or any other manufacturer’s Wiegand-compatible controller. Each standard unit can store 720 user templates in memory. An optional extended memory unit can store 4,400 templates. With its integrated keypad, the unit can obtain PIN plus fingerprint, fingerprint-only or keypad only. Readers with embedded proximity are compatible with both Pyramid Series and HID cards/tags. Multiple readers can be connected by way of an RS-485 network so that the templates can be shared from the enrollment reader to other readers.Keri Systems
