The Optex/Site-Guardsystems communicate via the Aeris.net MicroBurst network, which includes 95 percentof North America’s cellular coverage area, the company says. The system’sserver network receives communication from Optex/Site-Guard systems and sendstext messages or e-mails to assigned contacts. The weatherized system operatesin temperatures from –30 to 50 C. The weatherized OPTEX system includes100 lb. pet immunity and provides a 40 ft. by 40 ft. detection pattern.
