The Electronic Security Association (ESA) recently announced plans to work with event manager AE Ventures to add new program elements to the annual ESA Leadership Summit. AE Ventures will assume overall management of the event and add a hosted-guest element to the beginning of the conference.
The integrator members of the ESA board of directors, executive committee, committee chairs and senior executives from the top-dollar volume members of ESA will be eligible for hosting benefits. Hosting benefits include air fare, ground transportation in the host city, food and beverage and lodging. In recognition of these benefits, guests agree to attend all general sessions, boardroom presentations and one-on-one meetings with vendor sponsors.
Besides the opportunity to present product and programs to attendees, vendors choosing boardroom sponsorships will have appointment times with senior decision makers from industry-leading companies. Sponsorship opportunities for social functions and general sessions are also available.
The second half of the event will feature association meetings, social functions and topical seminars.
"We are thrilled to be working with AE Ventures to produce a new version of the ESA Leadership Summit that will offer enhanced value to leaders, members and vendor sponsors," said Mike Miller, president of ESA. "The re-engineered event will build upon an already strong and satisfied audience, bringing in new influential attendees, improved content and expanded vendor participation."
Specific dates and the venue for the 2011 event will be announced at the 2010 Summit, being held this week at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in Ft. Worth, Texas.
