Visonic Americas announced new initiatives among its senior management team taking effect in June. President Bill Lyon will be re-directing his leadership skills to corporate business development and strategizing. Mark Ingram will step up from his duties as vice president of sales in his new capacity as president, Visonic Americas. 

“Bill Lyon has been an outstanding leader of Visonic Americas since 2001,” commented Ingram. “He has been a wonderful mentor to me since I joined the company. I am honored to follow him as Visonic Americas’ next president.” 

Lyon’s products and systems experience includes communications, electronic security, consumer products and healthcare. He will be supporting new strategic initiatives, including educating the global organization more fully on the growing PERS business segment. Ingram has more than 35 years of experience in the security industry. He joined Visonic Americas in early 2009 as vice president of North American sales.
