The new RCV-650A from Speco Technologies, Amityville, N.Y., is a 6.1 Surround Sound amplifier that furnishes the end-user with a personal choice of Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Surround EX, DTS, DTS 96/24, DTS ES Discrete and Matrix, DTS Neo:6 Cinema and Music or Dolby Pro Logic II. The receiver includes eight DSP modes and an AM/FM tuner with 64 presets and memory. This unit features a full range of inputs including seven analog inputs, three audio digital outputs (including one optical and two coaxial), four S-video inputs, four composite video inputs and two component video inputs. Complementing outputs include one subwoofer line level output, one stereo audio output, one S-video output, one video composite output and a video component output.
