(HAI), New Orleans, wired into each home in Buffalo Bayou’s large Martha Stewart-designed homes in Katy, Texas, includes state-of-the-art, HAI Omni Family UL-listed security systems with programmable features that allow homeowners to monitor their homes and obtain notifications when potential problems need their attention.

With the Omni Control system, problems such as a water leak, fire or carbon monoxide can be sent to homeowners’ phones, alerting them of the issue at home. Homeowners also can monitor and control their home systems via phone and the Internet to keep track of who is in the house. The HAI Omni control system also includes lighting control.
