Per Mar Security Services, Davenport, Iowa, announced its acquisition of Digital Alarm Systems of Elkhart, Ind. The company was owned and operated by John and Sarah Bentley and has been in business for the past 28 years. With the addition of Digital Alarm’s business to Per Mar’s established operations in the South Bend area, the company aims to increase its footprint and provide improved service to all of its Indiana customers. Brad Humphries, South Bend Electronic Security general manager, will oversee the transition and will ensure that exceptional service continues to be provided to Digital Alarm’s former customer base, the company said. Those services include burglar and fire alarm systems as well as access control and CCTV installations.

Per Mar Security Services operates a UL-listed central alarm station that monitors more than 40,000 accounts.
