ExacqVision VMS Version 4.9 incorporates a number of enhancements, including optimized search caching and thumbnail search, which enables immediate visual assessment and the ability to find needed video. With optimized search caching, whether moving forward or back in time and selecting a different point with which to begin playback, all video already downloaded stays in the cache. Video wall enhancements enable users to switch entire views on the video wall on demand or on alarm events with the Pro and Enterprise versions. Version 4.9 has a faster, improved client video display, as well as added Hikvision IP camera support, access control functionality within Maps view, and S.M.A.R.T monitoring of enterprise hard drives in exacqVision servers. In addition, exacq Mobile has been updated to Version 2.4 with a quicker start-up, the addition of a true full-screen mode, and availability on Blackberry and Kindle Fire in addition to iPhone/iPad and Android phone/tablets.
