In April of 2012, Electronic Sales Company (ESC), Gainesville, Ga., acquired accounts from Precision Security Systems, Cleveland, Ga. The acquisition included 94 residential and business accounts in the Northeast Georgia area. 

Glenn Walker of Precision stated that he will now be focusing on current and new government accounts such as with Homeland Security on the eastern coast of the United States.  

 Counte Cooley, president of Electronic Sales Company, said he is “excited about this acquisition and to be working with Glenn and Precision. It is a great fit for us!
