The new Advanced Multi-Criteria Fire/CO detector (AMCF/CO) from System Sensor is designed as a cost-effective solution for a growing commercial market that requires both fire and CO detection. Rather than the traditional six-detector setup required to meet smoke and CO requirements, the AMCF/CO combines those functionalities in one device. The new detector works with the company’s new B200S addressable sounder base, which produces both Temp 3 and Temp 4 patterns for fire and CO alarms. These alarms are synchronized across all sounder bases, and for evacuation signaling, the sounder base acts as part of the system and is fully synchronized to other System Sensor horns and horn-strobes in a facility.
