Steve Ipson, a well-known central station operations industry professional, joined Monitor America, LLC., as director of business development. Ipson was most recently director of advanced dealer development at Diebold Inc. He also was director of monitoring services for that company’s central station operations in Ohio and Hawaii. He was with Diebold for more than 30 years and achieved the CSAA Five Diamond award, CSAA/SDM Central Station of the Year and Frost & Sullivan’s Monitoring Provider of the Year awards during his tenure.

He will be dedicated to showing the dealer/integrator community how to monetize their commercial sales beyond hardware installations and train their sales organizations to sell managed services.”
