Kwikset introduced its second generation SmartCode deadbolt lock with Home Connect technology. Kwikset’s SmartCode deadbolt lock features a redesigned quiet-drive locking system and a smaller footprint. Other new features include 10-digit backlit pushbutton keypad, dedicated lock button, BHMA Grade 2 Certification, UL Certification with 20-minute fire rating, and a Master Code option that allows the user to prevent user codes from being added to or deleted from the lock.
