Tri-Ed, Woodbury, N.Y., a North American independent security distributor, and Aditya Infotech Ltd. (AIL), a security and safety products distribution house in India and a global player in video surveillance and safety products and solutions, announced their formation of The International Alliance of Independent Security Distributors.
New Delhi, India-based ADITYA Infotech Ltd. with its channel partners in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Malaysia, offers products and services that are similar to those Tri-Ed offers in the U.S. and Canada.
“The Alliance will serve as a high-level focus group, and be very beneficial to both our vendors and our customers,” explained Pat Comunale, president and chief executive officer of Tri-Ed Distribution. “It will be of great value to our vendors in their R&D efforts, allowing them to tailor their products and technologies to current market conditions. Just as importantly, our customers will benefit from our increased ability to deliver the products they need at the prices they expect.”
This collaboration will allow Tri-Ed and AIL to share information on new trends and market insights within their areas of operation, resulting in a sharing of knowledge that will help all members increase their market share through best practices. Tri-Ed and Aditya Infotech Ltd. will be inviting other key distributors from other parts of the world, Europe in particular, to join The International Alliance of Independent Security Distributors.
“We understand that the security needs of every single business vertical are different, with challenges that are unique to the particular business unit or region,” said Aditya Khemka, CEO and director of the Aditya Group. “These challenges need to be met with solutions that have been tailored to suit specific needs and regions. Our collaboration with Tri-Ed Distribution, and our formation of the International Alliance of Independent Security Distributors, reflects each of our company's unwavering commitment to delivering the very best in security distribution products and services.”
Both organizations will be sharing Best Trade Practices and systems to value-add their channel and employees, thereby setting new quality benchmarks in the industry in their respective domains.
