New Free App Offers Advanced Monitoring Features
IPVideo Corporation (IPVideo), Bay Shore, N.Y., a manufacturer of Video Management Systems (VMS) and Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) solutions, has introduced Sentry VMS Mobile, a free mobile app that provides users with unprecedented VMS control from most Apple and Android mobile devices. The app provides secure, user-authenticated access to live and recorded video from any camera on the network. Advanced features include a motion indicator that automatically highlights video tiles where motion is occurring, as well as the ability to take snapshots of video, which can then be saved and emailed. Sentry VMS Mobile is compatible with Sentry VMS servers running version 4.3.0.56 or higher.
