WavestoreUSA announced the release of a newly redesigned E-Series, including the WS-E4S Network Video Server. The server provides up to 96 TB of storage, accommodating up to 24 3.5-in. hot-swappable hard drives. The WS-E4S NVS records up to 128 channels simultaneously from an IP/megapixel configuration, with a choice of H.264, MxPEG, MPEG-4 and MJPEG compression. Audio recording is also supported. Video is stored and transmitted while supporting continuous data recording to ensure no crucial footage is lost. The WS-E4S NVS also features system diagnostics and remote maintenance access.
