S2 Security announced the expansion of its sales and application engineering support in the Middle East and Africa. The company is investing in this expansion to address the growing demand for S2 products and services in the region, which already has a number of high-profile customers.

To reinforce the company’s commitment to customers in the region, S2 Security has appointed Abdo Melki to the position of director of sales, Middle East and Africa. Melki will lead business development efforts, build significant customer accounts and provide support over the product lifecycle. Based in Lebanon, he is a security industry veteran with over 20 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, and marketing.  Previously he has held management positions with companies including Xtralis and Lenel.
