Attendees at the ASIS International 60th Annual Seminar and Exhibits voted Krateus from TydenBrooks™, powered by LoJack SCI, the 2014 Accolades People’s Choice Award winner. A reusable, rechargeable security device, Krateus tracks and monitors an entire shipment, down to the individual package. The award was presented at ASIS 2014 during a networking luncheon held in Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center on October 1, 2014.

“Billions of dollars of cargo is stolen each year. Theft in transit is still one of the weakest points in any supply chain operation and Krateus has managed to help close this gap significantly,” commented Accolades Co-Chair, Ronald Lander, CPP.

Accolades Co-Chair Howard J. Belfor, CPP, added, “This product is rich in features. By incorporating the technology of LoJack along with immediate notification and product location, a shipper can monitor cargo throughout the shipping process.”

John Spillane, CEO of Tyden Group added: “We couldn’t be more thrilled and honored to have won such an exclusive award. We’ve been in the cargo and supply chain security products space for over 140 years, but the Accolades People’s Choice Award from ASIS 2014 confirms what we’ve always known about ourselves — we’ve never stopped innovating. We’re not only proud of this award, we’re also very proud to share it with such a great partner as LoJack SCI.”

Krateus was one of 50 new product and service solutions submitted to the ASIS 2014 Accolades competition. For information about the product, visit www.tydenbrooks.com.
