As the UL-listed central station service provider for BluePoint Alert Solutions, EMERgency24 provides immediate notifications to the local emergency dispatch center, as well as text message and email alerts of the situation to selected stakeholders such as teachers, tenants and staff on duty, police/fire chiefs, mayors, school superintendents and CEOs.
"The BluePoint system combined with EMERgency24's unique notification capabilities provides law enforcement with fast, accurate and complete information,” said Patrick Devereaux, EMERgency24’s senior vice president.
The BluePoint system can be activated by pull station, mobile device or sensor, causing an immediate premise notification using the public-address system and horns/strobes. EMERgency24's automation system receives the signal and immediately transmits digital notifications to the PSAP dispatch center as well as all other defined stakeholders via emails, texts or faxes in addition to traditional voice notifications.
In the digital notifications, EMERgency24 provides secure links to access the DVR system or video cameras within the premise for live surveillance by authority agencies. Additional information, such as maps of the location and blueprints can be accessed securely by emergency responders as well. Those individuals will continue to receive real-time updates from the system. EMERgency24 can also send video images (clips or stream) to the first-responder vehicles.
