Central Security Group (“CSG”), Tulsa, Okla., ranked No.14 on the 2014 SDM 100 list announced the acquisition of Allied Protective Systems based in Oklahoma City. The deal adds close to 6,000 customers and expands CSG’s existing footprint in Oklahoma, under its Guardian Security Systems brand. This acquisition is part of the company’s growth strategy and occurs just three months after its acquisition of two Texas companies.
