Cloud-Based Technology Supports VAV

AlarmNet expanded its integration with I-VIEW Now to support Video Alarm Verification (VAV) with Honeywell Total Connect 2.0 Remote Services. This solution allows monitoring personnel to access 10 second video clips from Honeywell Total Connect IP cameras with pre- and post-alarm footage for informed, rapid alarm response in residential and small commercial settings. Subscribers can directly view video clips, set up notifications on events and remotely view real-time happenings at the premise on mobile devices via the Total Connect app. For larger commercial and high-end residential settings, I-View supports the HRGX embedded DVR. Because it is cloud-based and offers plug-and-play connectivity, no extra hardware or installation is required.
