DMP now offers Z-Wave light and appliance modules designed to greatly extend the range of the traditional Z-Wave network when using locks or garage door modules. These new light modules will repeat the encrypted messages across the network, making the installation of Z-Wave locks or garage doors easier and more reliable. For lights and appliances, users can just plug in the Z-Wave device, then plug in a light or appliance. Users can then turn lights on or off, or dim them; the device works with incandescent and fluorescent lights. The new modules include:Z-PD300Z-2— Z-Wave light and appliance module with dimmer; and Z-PS15Z-2 — Z-Wave light and appliance module.
