Yesterday’s long lines, crowded aisles and buzzing show floor were going to be a tough act to follow, but Day 2 picked up right where the first day left off.
Anyone who walked the corridor from the Venetian to the Sands Convention Center ahead of the show’s 10 a.m. opening had plenty of company with the steadily moving crowd stretching from wall to wall. The majority of attendees were embarking on their second day at ISC West, which meant today’s registration lines were much more manageable that yesterday’s.
While the corridor traffic thinned out throughout the day, the show floor once again saw heavy traffic in the aisles and the more than 1,000 booths right up until the show closed for the day at 5 p.m.
Day 2 was also a good one for the new Connected Security Expo @ ISC West. Throughout the day, attendees filled the seats in front of the Innovation Stage in the main lobby to listen to experts discuss trends and best practices around cyber threats, protecting physical security with cyber security and other relevant topics.
Next year’s ISC West is scheduled for April 5-7, 2017.
