Stone Lock Global introduced its latest release of Stone Lock Pro, a frictionless facial recognition device for access control that provides rapid, reliable confirmation of identity. The newest release, v2.0, integrates with Software House C·CURE 9000 for an even more powerful way to authenticate user identities, the companies described.
The integrated solution allows users to manage personnel information directly in C·CURE 9000, which then automatically sends the information to the Stone Lock devices. All users, permissions, and schedules are managed by C·CURE 9000 and automatically distributed to the devices for truly integrated operation. Add a cardholder to C·CURE 9000, and that information will automatically be sent to whatever devices that person has clearances for.
“In many ultra-secure environments, customers want dual or even triple authentication of identity,” said Jason Ouellette, product line director, Access Control, Tyco Security Products. “The integration between C·CURE 9000 and Stone Lock Pro offers the intense level of reliable security that our most demanding customers require.”
Stone Lock Pro uses proprietary near infrared (NIR) technology, which generates non-image based authentication.
